KASIL creates denim collaboration with Taylor Jacobson, former Rachel Zoe Project star stylist.

January 11, 2010 – Los Angeles based premium denim brand KASIL joins forces with savvy Hollywood celebrity stylist Taylor Jacobson and announces their design collaboration for Spring and Fall 2010 women’s wear collections.

Drawing on her styling expertise, fit and unique personal style, Taylor Jacobson presents the new Minx ultra skinny silhouette debuting this spring in collaboration with David Lim of KASIL.

My vision was to create a transitional jean that was edgy yet polished at the same time. A feminine collection juxtaposed with masculine undertones.” says Taylor Jacobson.

David Lim adds, “Taylor is the quintessential trendsetter. Her sense of style adds funkiness to the street chic that complements our collection. Denim is street-wear; real style starts on the street where all trends originate.”

Taylor was originally drawn to KASIL’s unique collection and David was simultaneously inspired by Taylor’s original sense of style in the show outfitting Hollywood’s elite celebrities. This collaboration will bring an edgy, street conscious synergy with the detailed tailoring KASIL is synonymous with.

February 2010 will see the launch of the first two styles at Project Vegas and Coterie Tradeshow in addition to Kasil’s Fall Collection. Full collection available in stores nationwide July 2010. Pricepoints ranging from $165- $210.
